Architect, Principal, Creative Strategist

Farnaz N. Reneker is a California-licensed architect known for her elegant, intuitive approach to designing both residential and commercial spaces. With over two decades of experience, her work is guided by a refined sense of beauty and order – shaped by global travel, a rigorous architectural education, and a deep understanding of how people inhabit space.

Since founding her Los Angeles–based practice in 2007, Farnaz has led a wide range of high-end projects including custom homes, creative workplaces, boutique retail environments, and wellness studios. Her earlier career includes institutional and healthcare work across California, New York, and Washington, D.C., adding depth and versatility to her practice.

Farnaz holds both a Master and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Interior Design, Interiors, and the Los Angeles Times.
